High school, most of us have many happy memories about it. Many of our most memorable experiences come from this carefree moment in our lives. And as each student prepare for this time of their lives, they also discover the joy of meeting the opposite sex. Teenage boys for one will do most anything to create a good impression and one of them is having a well chiseled body. This is when most teenage boys would think about working out and lifting weights. Remember your own teenage years? Do you continually compare muscle gain with some of your friends? It was that then and it is still that way now. In fact, it is more prevalent today as more teenage boys are becoming more conscious of their bodies. There is simply no denying it; gaining muscle is the in thing. As a parent, it is wise to support this mentality, not only will your teenage son be able have a healthier body, they will also develop self confidence. The problem is, some boys would go take the easier route. They would take steroids or whatever to help facilitate the fastest way in gaining muscle; this will not help them at all, especially in the determination and motivation department. As a parent it is their duty to show them the proper way to grow muscles. The best way to gain muscles would always be the tried and tested means, the proper diet and a rigorous and painstaking weight lifting workout regimen. A proper diet will be determined if your son is overweight or underweight. In the first scenario, your kid should lose weight first and eliminate body fat. Muscle building will follow suit after at least a significant weight loss is experienced. This diet would mean eliminating fats and calories; just enough should remain for fueling muscle growth. In the latter, it is the opposite, a skinny kid should eat more but should have the proper intake so that body fat is not created, rigorous strength training should be done simultaneously to build up bulk, mostly of muscles. It is not advisable to immediately push a teenage boy into a full intense workout as their body is still developing. They should be gradually introduced in the program to allow their body to adjust. Make sure also that they have sufficient rest as teenage boys are a bundle of energy. Redirecting this energy in a well planned workout program will allow them to maximize the use of their energy. Most importantly though it is the attitude that should be set first before embarking on a gaining muscle journey. Teenage boys are easily distracted and they can easily forget that they are working on a goal. They must be determined to finish what they will be starting. With full commitment, they will be able to achieve success in gaining muscle in no time at all. These are just some of the things one must consider when starting a program of gaining muscle. There are lots more, but most importantly, it is all about discipline. Having a healthy and great looking body works wonders to a person, especially to a teenage boy. There is nothing quite like the present to start on this fruitful journey. So there you go.

Tom Venuto’s ebook is one of the most popular and successful diet and fitness programs to hit the internet simply because the program he details will work if you have some patience and put in the work. This flies in the face of the lose weight quick mentality that seems to permeate much of the weight loss industry today. Unfortunately those who choose the quick fix approach often find themselves gaining the weight back. In fact current statistics show that nearly 95% of those who lose weight soon gain it all back. This is where Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle is different. It isn’t a quick fix to your weight problem but it is a detailed outline of how making significant lifestyle changes incorporating both diet and exercise can burn away those excess layers of fat. Not only will it help you achieve your weight loss goals it will also show you how easy it is to keep it off once you make these changes a permanent part of your life. There is a lot of meat in this downloadable ebook; 340 pages worth which may seem overwhelming at first. But considering that the author is a natural professional body builder and certified trainer who has spent his adult life studying the affects of diet and exercise on human health you can be sure that the information you get is first rate. This ebook really does over-deliver when it comes to the information given. It gives you information, tips, tricks, and techniques that successful professional trainers use to help their clients lose weight and keep it off. This is the crux of this program, keeping your body healthy through diet and exercise so you don’t ever have to worry about your weight again.Another area this program excels in is customer service. The author, Tom Venuto, will actually accept and answer emails on any questions his customers have regarding his program. This can be helpful because there may be some parts of his book that need some clarification in your own mind. There is a disclaimer that need to be mentioned with the Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle ebook. If you are looking for instant gratification when it comes to losing weight then this is not the plan for you. It will take a certain level of commitment to making significant lifestyle changes and sticking to them if you want to succeed, but if you put in the effort you will be rewarded with a lean and healthy body.

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is a compilation of detailed information that is meant to teach individuals about all the aspects of losing weight while you feed the muscle. The ebook consist of Three hundred and forty pages of cutting edge health and fitness information from muscle building to diet intake. Being self-described as a “fat loss bible”, BFFM has won the appraisal of many as the greatest fitness book ever created.

Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle ebook was written by Tom Venuto, who is also a famous bodybuilder. Tom took an interest in bodybuilding since 1983 and participated in various bodybuilding competitions since 1989. Being a respected fat loss expert, personal trainer, writer and a nutritionist for 20 years and a natural bodybuilder, he did not just come up with another weight loss program into an overly saturated market. Tom practically spend all his lives breathing bodybuilding and have seen countless times appearing in popular media and also featured in the Olympian’s News in Italy.

Tom devoted an entire chapter called “How To set Powerful Compelling Goals that Will Propel You Forward and Charge You Up With Unstoppable Motivation.” In fact it has nothing to do with diets, training routine or supplements. Setting goals is important if achieving heathly fitness is your primary goal. Tom removes the complexity associated with fitness goal setting by turning it into a plan that works for almost everyone. With all kinds of hype surrounding the muscle fitness subject it is only proper that you get enough information about it first before making an informed purchase, if only to be sure that you are indeed getting value for your money. This is also intended to help you decide whether the fat burning ebook is the right choice for you.

Right at the beginning, Tom places a few important principles the ebook is based upon. Among these principles are the reminders that there are no quick fixes towards weight loss. In fact, Tom made it clear that “weight loss program” is different from a “fat loss program” and went on to show you that it’s fat that you must lose, not “weight”.

Tom also covers a very important aspect of diet that not only contains information about which food you should and shouldn’t eat, but also about the proper intake of both solids and liquids. Here he touches on some alternative foods which may just happens to be your favourites, but not necessary helping you burn more fat.

To help you ease preparation of meal, he even put together an actual meal plan that is simple to follow. Not only were you shown how to eat properly, Tom took away any misconceptions you have with most diet supplements and advice you on those that are beneficial for your health. Finally, the book comes with exercise guidelines which emphasize on both cardio and weight training. In fact Cardio is promoted as a perfect complement to proper diet and is geared towards burning unwanted fats.

Just a reminder that if you are looking for a free site on muscle gaining strategy and unbiased review of other muscle building products, then take a look at Burn The Fat Review

The beauty of the ebook is that it does not withhold or forces you to a strict diet. It advices you to cut out carbohydrates or eat only proteins. Instead it gives you information that will help you balance your daily intake of good fats, carbohydrates and proteins.

Although BFFM was written by a bodybuilder, it is not restricted to those who want to bulk up. The concepts work even for those who just want to tone up their muscles a bit and generally look better than they currently do. Even those who just want to learn more about fitness and health will benefit from this book. The ebook was written in a style that is very easy to read and does an excellent job in teaching you to think right, eat right and exercise properly in order to drop the unwanted weight and keep it off.

Initially, I was quite skeptical with Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle as I saw it only as a “muscle building magic formula” that usually come and go every year and not wanting to put much hope. But now, I am really pleased that I discover this book.

If there’s any complaint to the Burn The Fat ebook, is that this is a hefty book and may cause information overload to any newbie. Alot of readers may find the book overwhelming and result in getting sidetrack by other weight loss techniques that are much simpler to follow. Those who consider it a bit too much to take at once often find themselves in a “paralysis by analysis” situation whereby they end up reading the book but not taking any concrete action. I fell into the same trap but was persistence enough to reap the benefit from the book after finally finishing it off in 4 days. You probably could finish in a day or two.

The ebook may not be suitable to people looking for a quick fix to fat loss and definitely not for someone who are impatient to rush into complexities of a personal fitness plan. If you are finding yourself lost and wander aimlessly with your fat loss plan, yet willing and ready to put in hard work and discipline by changing your lifestyle to get a fat free body, then you may just find the ebook to be the best investment you’ve ever made in your lives.

I hope you enjoyed this review, I also have a review of other high quality muscle building products that you might be interested. Go and Take a look Top Muscle Building Program

Want a sure-fire way to help your body rid itself of unsightly body fat, better yet, keep it off for good?

Learn to accelerate your body’s metabolism. One way to do this is by incorporating resistance training (weight-training) into your routine. That’s because the more muscle mass you have, you more body fat you will lose, even at rest!

Your metabolic rate determines how your body utilizes calories throughout the day for energy.

Metabolism is simply the speed in which your body burns through food. It is the conversion of digested nutrients into components for energy or building muscle.

Having an accelerated metabolism means that we will burn more calories often because our body will be utilizing and burning off food more often. One way to accelerate our metabolism is by increasing our amount of lean muscle tissue in the body.

Muscle helps speed up your metabolism. Since muscle is metabolically active tissue, the more you have the more calories you burn. This is why resistance training is so vital to long-term weight loss.

By the way, long term weight loss is really the only safe and effective way to lose weight. Quick weight loss is not long-term weight loss.

When you add lean muscle tissue to your body composition, you increase the amount of calories your body burns and you also increase your metabolic rate. Muscle requires energy to maintain and it gets that energy from burning calories. So building muscle is one of the best long-term weight loss tools you can use.

There are studies that suggest that you only expend about 10% of your daily calories through exercise, the rest is expended through your body’s metabolic functions. So again, the more lean muscle tissue, the more calories your body will burn for energy throughout the day while going about your daily routine.

Now, the quickest and easiest way to build muscle through resistance training is to perform your resistance training with less repetitions and a little more weight.

It would stand to reason that if you could lift 100 pounds 10 times, you could lift more weight than that if you had to do less than 10 times. I incorporate lower reps into my clients workout programs and the results are an increase in lean muscle.

Over time, this increase in lean mass will help accelerate fat-loss by dipping into stored body fat as a source of fuel. Losing body fat, remember, simply comes from expending more calories than you consume.

Also, progressively strive to lift more weight when the weight you are using becomes too easy. If it’s too easy, you will not benefit from it very much.

The combination of resistance training with supportive eating throughout the day will assist your body in adding lean muscle to its frame.

This lean muscle will increase the amount of calories you burn off throughout the day. So to lose fat, hit the weights and build muscle!

Most people think of cardio when it comes to exercising to lose fat. That’s because running, biking, or any other form of intense aerobic exercise helps to burn calories, as well as raise the body’s metabolism.

But there are new studies out that show weight training to be better at raising your resting metabolic rate, which is the rate at which you burn calories at rest. This may mean that the best way to burn off unwanted fat is by building muscle in the gym.

There is one requirement for weight training to be effective at raising the metabolism. The weight lifting must be very intense to produce a drastic increase in resting metabolic rate.

Lifting light weights or exercising for too short a time can diminish the results. You need to do 3 to 4 sets per exercise and do an average of 6 to 8 reps for each.

This ensures that each major muscle group is trained intensely. In the studies, it was shown that the test subjects resting metabolic rate was still elevated, on average 21%, even 24 hours after the workout.

It appears weight training can release hormones like growth hormone and norepinephrine that assist in the fat burning process.

Also, removing the lactic acids that’s built up through heavy weight training also requires calorie expenditure.

Finally, the muscle building process of repairing damaged muscle tissue caused by weight lifting can also burn more calories.

Building muscle itself will increase resting metabolic rate, since muscle tissue burns far more calories at rest than fat.

So the more lean muscle mass you have, the higher the resting metabolism. That’s why building muscle through weight training is also a way to lose unwanted body fat.

The best way to lose fat is to combine cardio with weight training, to create a synergistic effect in which both work together to burn calories.

So if you’re currently trying to lose some fat, try to focus on building muscle as well, through weight training, so you can raise your metabolism and burn more calories at rest.

Often when someone is overweight they concentrate on losing weight. They are so focused on the amount of pounds coming off that they rarely stop to think that the weight coming off may not just be fat. If you try to lose weight with your only goal being to get to a certain weight your likely to lose muscle as well.

Losing muscle is not a good way to start a diet or weight loss program because the more muscle you have the more calories your body will burn. Obviously if your overweight and your scale says that you have lost twenty pounds after a months of dieting, you will feel elated. Unfortunately when focusing on losing weight these pounds are a combination of fat and muscle.

In order to preserve your muscle you will need to make sure that you are taking in enough calories to fuel them. At the same time you need to keep your calorie intake at healthy levels to lose fat.

Exercise in addition to a healthy eating plan is essential to losing weight without losing muscle. Cardio is a great way to help burn calories but is not enough to protect muscle. You will also need to incorporate resistance training.

Including resistance training to your overall weight loss plan you will gain many benefits. One benefit is that it builds muscle. This will then aid you in losing more of the fat stored in your body because muscle burns more calories.

Another benefit of resistance training is that you will not have to cut your calorie intake to nothing in order to lose weight. Between your cardio workouts and resistance training you will be burning tons of calories, plus the more muscle you build the more calories you burn. This means that you can eat and be full.

That’s right no more starvation diets that don’t work in the long run anyway. The catch is that you still need to eat healthy. You will be able to eat much more then you would normally but you will need to start replacing your high fat calorie and fat foods with healthier choices. After a few weeks of eating healthier you’ll start to enjoy it more.

If you’re overweight it is always a good idea to lose that unhealthy fat. It’s just as important to make the decision to work hard with cardio and resistance training to avoid muscle loss. Its always a good idea with any weight loss plans to make sure you have a well rounded plan to succeed.

Burn The Fat, feed the Muscle is the best selling Fitness E-Book in Internet history, for 4 years straight. Why? It is effective and works. Thousands of happy customers including myself have gained positive results from using this program.

There are numerous other weight loss systems available on the market, but they are mostly overpriced and ineffective.

If you’re looking to build a powerful, muscular new body and lose weight as quickly and easily as you can, Tom Venutoâ??s “Burn the Fat and Feed the Muscle” is my number 1 recommendation. My personal experience

How wonderful it must be, to gain weight, but not get fat. That is only possible by gaining muscle mass instead of increasing weight because of fatty intakes.

You gain muscle mass primarily by doing workouts. However, progressive overload must be observed.

Because your body adapts to the strain resulting from your workout routines and weightlifting exercises, you must increment the number of repetitions you do or add more to the amount of weight that you lift every time you do your training. This promotes muscle mass growth. If you do only a fixed number of repetitions of lift the same weight for the rest of your workout life, your body will be used to the same strain and slow down your progress. Eventually, your body will make no progress at all. Hence, it is important that you observe progressive overload at it equals muscle mass growth.

If you plan to do some cardiovascular exercises, make sure that you do so in small amounts only. Thirty minutes a day, for three days a week is recommended. Too much cardiovascular training will help you lose weight but it lessens your muscle gain because cardiovascular activity releases hormones that are catabolic. These hormones break up the tissues of the muscles. For bodybuilders, weightlifting is what is best, not cardiovascular training.

It would be wise to know that your muscle fibers weaken and tear as a result of the strain it experiences when your work that certain muscle out. After about a week, these tears will heal and repair on their own, and results in a growth in the size of your muscles. However, there are times when they would not heal correctly. In order for the muscles to grow, they must be fed. Therefore, eat right. There are many bodybuilding diets recommended that are available out there. Choose the best diet for you or create your own. Just remember that the best diet for you would allow you to gain muscle mass and promote muscle growth but at the same time, not adding so much to the fat and cholesterol levels in your body.

Saying so, know that bodybuilders do need fat in their bodies. It is just that, the food choices should be more of protein and not of fat. However, for anyone wanting to build muscles, low-fat diets are a no-no. Fats stimulate the production of anabolic hormones such as growth hormones, testosterone and insulin. These hormones stimulate muscle mass growth. It is recommended though, for most bodybuilders, to follow a high-protein diet. The best sources of protein are meat such as chicken, beef, fish and pork. Nuts, beans sunflower seeds are also high in protein. Bodybuilders are also encouraged to drink protein shakes or smoothies with whey powder daily.

Getting plenty of sleep is also tremendously important when trying to gain muscle mass. Muscles repair themselves during rest periods. This causes muscles to increase in size and get thicker than when the individual is awake. Saying so, adequate sleep is a must.

Finally, do not forget as well, that water plays an important role in building muscle mass. Drinking plenty of water lets your body reach its potential strength level. Eight to ten glasses a day is recommended.

That doesnt sound right, does it? Most people go on strict diets when developing their body. A lot of us dream of having a healthy and great looking body. Some spend countless hours in the gym, and spend thousands of dollars on equipment just to gain muscles. Some people even have medicine cabinets lined up and filled to the brim with gain muscle medications and supplements. The fact is, a lot of these people find the process too tedious and too slow.
Going back to eating more for gaining muscle, this may sound incredulous to some as popular notion would have people cutting back on their food intake so that body fat will be diminished allowing muscles to be more pronounced. As there are more body fat covering the muscles, they are not able to fully expose all the cuts and lines that give the body muscle definition.
But we have to remember that as we cut off our calorie intake, you are not giving your muscles the proper nutrition it needs to help make them grow bigger. What you need to do is to increase your calorie intake if you want to gain weight, but this pertains to gaining weight because of muscle development, and not body fat. Ingest proteins and fats to provide your body all the calories it requires to gain muscle but be wary in ingesting too much calories because then the result would be the development of body fat.
This is where having a good workout routine comes in. As you do your regular workout, targeting the muscles which you want to develop, you will be able to burn all the calories you have ingested allowing it to go to your muscles to help them develop, and at the same time, avoid them into turning into body fat.
For faster muscle gain and growth, do workouts that include heavy weights. Be very patient and persistent. Some people tend to give up as frequent lifting of heavy weights can literally be a pain. If you are not accustomed to lifting weights, then its highly likely that you will feel soreness in your muscles. This is natural; in fact, this is one way your body is telling you that your muscles are growing, think of it as growing pains.
Weight lifting will promote muscle gain and as you eat more, the increased caloric intake will supply the boost your body will need to promote the growth of muscle tissues. When building muscle tissues, you will also be gaining strength. If you diet too much and not have the proper food intake while weight lifting, you will just lose muscle instead of your goal of building them. Doing free weight exercises in addition to lifting heavy weights will help in gaining muscle faster. Your body will be able to quickly respond in its process of building muscle.
So how much is eating more and yet not gaining body fat? That all depends on you, your body structure will determine this. A nutritionist will be able to determine how much calorie intake you will need in gaining muscle.
With a steady food intake specially developed for you and a proper workout, you will soon be able to develop the body you have always wanted and also gain the self confidence and pride that will make you feel a whole lot better about yourself.
